Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• OR 10+ years of relevant construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized project files, logs, and record sets to support documentation across the team.
• Route, track, and maintain contractor submittals, RFIs, and related correspondence.
• Direct documents to the appropriate technical reviewers using CSI MasterFormat and UFGS divisions.
• Track submittal workflows and maintain current submittal registers and logs.
• Support development, routing, and maintenance of project documents, reports, and closeout materials.
• Assist with review and coordination of design and construction documentation, including change documentation and closeout packages.
• Support site evaluations and field surveys, documenting project conditions and contractor activities.
• Help track deliverables, milestones, and schedule-related information.
• Support project reporting with status updates and progress photographs.
• Provide administrative support for non-discretionary project tasks and record organization.
