Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc is seeking an entry-level construction estimator support on a Minneapolis project. You will learn Ryan processes on site and in the office, assisting with RFIs, shop drawings, and coordination with vendors and subs.

The role emphasizes learning safety policies, project documentation, and logistics throughout the construction lifecycle. You will develop cost estimation, schedule tracking, and dimensional control skills while supporting the team on active field projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field is required.
• Must perform mathematical calculations and understand architectural/engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost-coding systems.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in RFIs generation and tracking approvals.
• Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and coordination.
• Learn project dimensional control and field verification of dimensions.
• Assist in coordinating vendor and subcontractor deliveries.
• Support project schedule updates and coordination.
• Participate in punchlist inspections and track completion of items.
