Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors and site subcontractors.

• Manage estimating and bidding processes and track costs against the project budget.
• Resolve and clarify design issues on the project.
• Identify and resolve field issues and change orders.
• Prepare contracts and purchase orders using boilerplate language to document work, costs, changes and specs.
• Attend meetings to coordinate work and address labor concerns.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract specifications.
• Implement project schedules and track tasks to completion.
• Document the technical, financial and personnel aspects of each project.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals and change orders.
• Review trade progress relative to each project phase.
• Provide field support to superintendents to ensure contract compliance and site maintenance.
• Track project phase completion against milestones.
• Set expectations for maintaining a safe work site.
• Document each project phase.
