The successful candidate will assist the Senior Construction Manager, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, review plans, and monitor progress on-site to ensure timelines and budgets are met while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Experience in construction management, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Construction Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure adherence to budget and timeline.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
• Oversee quality control measures and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop project schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure design intent is met during construction phase.
