Job summary

Ardurra is seeking an Entry-Level Engineer – Construction Management to join our growing Construction Management team in Snoqualmie, Washington. This role supports construction management and project documentation, gaining hands-on experience with field observations and contractor coordination.

You will work alongside experienced engineers, inspectors, and project managers to deliver public infrastructure projects, develop technical and field skills, and contribute to project delivery through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Approximately 0–2 years of relevant engineering or construction experience.
• EI/EIT certification preferred.
• Academic, internship, or professional experience with construction, transportation, utilities, or public infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, quantities, and engineering documentation preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Support construction contract administration and project documentation.
• Assist with material submittals, requests for information, project correspondence, and contractor documentation.
• Perform field observations and document contractor activities and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Prepare daily reports and assist with quantity tracking, progress payments, and construction records.
• Support utility, stakeholder, and contractor coordination.
• Assist with material delivery documentation, inspections, and quality oversight.
• Support environmental and regulatory compliance documentation.
• Assist with project coordination and preparation of project closeout documentation.
