Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or in groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field inspections, measurements, testing, and data collection.
• Organize construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare meeting notes, technical memoranda, and project status updates.
• Support material take-offs, cost estimates, and vendor pricing requests.
• Help track schedules and budgets and assist with project closeout activities.
