Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documents.
• Knowledge of field inspection practices.

Responsibilities

• Assists with field inspections, measurements, testing, and data collection.
• Supports review and organization of construction plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Helps prepare meeting notes, technical memoranda, reports, and project status updates.
• Assists with material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and vendor pricing requests.
• Supports schedule and budget tracking and contributes to project documentation and recordkeeping.
• Assists with bid-related documentation, construction administration tasks, and project closeout activities.
• Coordinates with project staff, consultants, and contractors as needed to support project delivery.
