Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Technology (4-year accredited).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences (management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, visitors).
• Job-related technical knowledge to complete the role.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/provincial, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious/efficient work habits.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the jobsite by delivering technical guidance to craft and staff to meet project requirements.
• Receive and distribute project design documents.
• Perform surveillance/examinations to ensure quality objectives are met.
• Analyze and independently recommend solutions to problems with varying complexity per guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
