Job summary

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, documenting changes, and ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance across project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with owner representatives, architects and engineers on-site.
• Assist in estimating, bidding and tracking project costs to manage the budget.
• Resolve design issues and field questions; document change orders and paperwork.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals; ensure contract compliance and quality standards.
• Support project schedules, safety, and labor planning; document progress and milestones.
