Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors on a construction site.
• Manage estimating and bidding processes and track costs to help control project budget.
• Resolve and clarify design issues.
• Identify and resolve field issues and change orders.
• Prepare contracts and purchase orders using boilerplate language.
• Participate in meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and contract specifications.
• Assist in developing project schedules and tracking progress.
• Document project phases, drawings, submittals, changes, and costs.
• Review trade work progress and provide field support to ensure safety and compliance.
