AGE Solutions is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer Jr. (Connection Approval Support) to join our DoD program at Fort Meade, MD.

The role focuses on assisting with connection approvals, maintaining policy artifacts, and ensuring RMF and DISA-aligned processes. The ideal candidate has a DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level II, and at least 3 years in cybersecurity or network security, with a strong grasp of national and DoD IT policy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position.
• Must have and maintain a current DoD Top Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570 IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification.
• Knowledge of National and DoD IT policy; ability to establish/maintain evaluation processes for software and documentation; capable of maintaining quality control and conducting lifecycle reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Support Connection Approval branch leadership with communication, deliverables, and documentation including briefs, white papers, SOPs, CONOPS, COOP Plans, and DISN CPG updates.
• Attend external governance boards and working groups; provide meeting minutes and track actions.
• Maintain CAO databases, manage organizational mailboxes, track MP metrics, and process connection package correspondence.
• Develop and implement policies for compliance with Federal, DoD, and DISA policies (SAM, MPLS, RMF, Cloud approvals).
• Provide cybersecurity policy recommendations supporting DISA’s planning and governance.
• Conduct IA compliance analysis; assess cybersecurity impact of DISN connections; review RMF packages and MOUs.
• Process connection packages within five business days; extract and deliver monthly metrics; provide weekly 30/60/90-day expiring circuit reports.
• Advise Government stakeholders on compliance impacts, risks, and procedural requirements affecting DISN governance and long-term planning.
