Job summary

Taleo seeks a self-motivated Community Representative to present homes and deliver an exceptional customer experience within our Eagle, Idaho communities. You will train under a mentor, learn the sales process, and build relationships with the brokerage community to drive co-broke opportunities.

Responsibilities include presenting purchase agreements, coordinating with Sales and Closing teams, and sustaining a proactive lead follow-up workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience as Tour Center Assistant with proven service excellence.
• Active real estate license in Idaho.
• Recommendation from Sales Manager and Tour Center Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Pair with a mentor for six months of training and sales.
• Complete 60-90 days of training before entering the sales floor.
• Present purchase agreements to Sales Manager within three months.
• Coordinate with Sales and Closing Coordinators on agreements and pertinent information.
• Maintain lead data and relationships for co-broke sales.
• Attend daily and weekly sales meetings and Guest/Member events.
