Kinetic Marketing is adding to our Cincinnati team and looking for someone who wants to build practical experience working with people, representing client campaigns, and learning how strong communication translates into real results.

The opportunity

As a Junior Communications Assistant, you'll spend much of your day interacting directly with customers at retail and event locations. You'll introduce campaigns, explain products and services, answer questions, build rapport, and help generate new customer acquisitions for the brands we represent.

It's fast-moving, social, and performance-driven — with plenty of support while you learn.

You might be a good fit if

you're naturally comfortable talking to people, communicate clearly, take feedback well, and like having something to work toward.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, events, or another people-facing environment can transfer well, but we're more interested in your potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.

This isn't a desk-based communications position. It's a full-time, on-site role in Cincinnati involving direct, face-to-face customer engagement. Remote and hybrid arrangements aren't available.
