Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking a Jr. Commissioning Agent to join our US East Region in Chicago, IL. The role focuses on assisting the Lead Electrical Cx Engineer with commissioning of critical power and energy management systems, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related training or experience, strong electrical knowledge, and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical Power Systems or related fields.
• Experience with regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Electrical Lead Cx Eng on AMER projects.
• Assist with site activities and commissioning tasks.
• Participate in commissioning and learn the trade.
• Produce progress reports and documentation per procedures.
• Provide technical support to clients and third-party agents.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Maintain internal records for equipment supplied to customers.
