Job summary

Hanley Energy is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Agent for the New York City area to support lead engineers on AMER projects. You will attend client meetings, coordinate with third-party commissioning agents, and produce documentation in line with company procedures.

The role requires knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear and startup/commissioning activities, with travel to customer sites as needed and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Electrical Power Systems and experience in regulated industries.
• Experience with Switchgear, Remote Power panels and Power Distribution Units.
• Knowledge to execute Installation verifications, Startups and Commissioning as required.
• Ability to develop reviews and specifications for projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Electrical Lead Cx Eng on AMER projects.
• Attend client commissioning and coordination meetings at various locations.
• Provide coordination support to third-party commissioning agents.
• Produce documentation per company/customer procedures.
• Provide technical client support and third-party agents.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
• Produce regular progress reports and coordinate with suppliers.
