Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and Texas bar license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong ability to draft motions and court documents.
• Proven track record managing multiple cases from start to finish.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial litigation from inception to conclusion.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, discovery requests/responses and other court documents.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain regular client communication and provide updates.
• Contribute to business development through client pitches and presentations.
• Stay updated on laws and trends impacting clients.
