A highly respected Dallas litigation boutique is seeking a 1–2 year Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney who wants to work alongside accomplished trial lawyers and gain meaningful experience on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial disputes.
The firm has a strong reputation for handling complex litigation and is known for its trial-focused approach, sophisticated client base, and commitment to developing attorneys into exceptional advocates.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of commercial litigation experience from a well-regarded law firm and a strong academic background. This attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex matters while taking on increasing responsibility as their experience develops.
This is not a role where junior associates are expected to simply handle research and document review. The firm is looking for attorneys who are intellectually curious, motivated, and interested in developing into strong commercial litigators.
