Responsibilities

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial construction projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Support subcontractor solicitation and bid collection efforts
• Assist with bid leveling and proposal preparation
• Help ensure compliance with public-sector bidding requirements
• Collaborate closely with senior estimators throughout the estimating process
• Maintain organized project documentation and bid records
