This entry role trains you in underwriting, loan processing, portfolio management and relationship development, with opportunities to build sales capability with business clients.

You will train onsite in Tampa, FL for the first six months, then return to your local market. The program emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and a path to future Commercial Banking roles.

Competenze

• Must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree within the last 2 years with a minimum GPA of 3.4 and prior internship experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with banking software is a plus.

• Credit and Underwriting: learn to analyze financial statements and credit data; assist in preparing loan proposals.
