Qualifications

• Communicate problems and improvements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools for precision machining.
• Read blueprints and interpret tolerances to produce parts.
• Calculate dimensions using geometry and part drawings.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Follow SOPs and 5S for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safety policies and perform light maintenance.
