The role requires extensive experience in CNC and manual machining, a strong math background, and meticulous attention to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual, semi-automatic and CNC machines.
• Ability to read imperial and metric blueprints.
• Strong math skills for tolerances and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools to maintain tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints (imperial/metric).
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using geometry and trigonometry.
• Test cut/dry run CNC programs before production.
• Ensure quality and lead times per SOPs.
