Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Junior Cloud Security Engineer to provide security engineering and sustainment support for U.S. Customs and Border Protection's cloud environments, ensuring secure, compliant operations and optimal performance.

You will architect, deploy, and sustain secure cloud and on‑premise resources, develop baselines, manage logs, monitor systems, and support cost optimization and audits in accordance with federal policies.

Qualifications

• AWS certifications listed in the ad.
• 5 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance if needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect, engineer, deploy, and sustain secure cloud and on-premise applications and systems.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain secure baselines for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage log collection, monitoring, and analysis to meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize cloud expenditure and support POA&M and compliance activities.
