The role involves processing routine transactions, opening and maintaining accounts, and referring products through digital tools. A high school diploma and entry-level banking experience are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
• Balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services.
• Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback.
• Held appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success.
• Open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support branch lending processes by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing accurate documentation.
