Responsibilities include handling transactions, identifying needs, and referring to lending, treasury, mortgage, and investment teams. You will ensure compliance and deliver a positive, impactful banking experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales with goals.
• Ability to build relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident discussing banking products and services.
• Able to multitask and adapt to evolving branch needs.
• Basic understanding of retail banking products, policies, and systems.
• Ability to review financial information to identify client needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Professional in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Can lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with exceptional service while supporting sales and service activities.
• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce banking products and tools.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and refer to partners.
• Communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, and gather feedback.
• Hold appointments to identify client needs and provide solutions.
• Open and maintain accounts and resolve issues per policies.
• Support branch lending by answering questions and preparing documents.
