Formación

• 1+ years of civil litigation defense experience (civil defense, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice or related field).
• Experience with written discovery and taking/defending depositions.
• Law and motion practice, court appearances, legal research and memos.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Admitted in California and in good standing.
