We are working with a well-established, well-respected California defense firm founded in 1990. It has 30+ attorneys across multiple offices statewide and is adding a junior associate in its La Jolla office. Attorneys stay a long time here, and the firm offers a flexible work environment.

The opportunity

This role suits someone who can work independently but still values mentorship and wants to grow their practice. Pay is based on performance, not seniority. A standout third-year can out-earn a sixth-year here.
