Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Louisiana or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project Engineer with civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from inception through completion.
• Direct a team of engineers, interns, and technicians to ensure quality work.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, invoicing, and manage receivables.
• Represent clients in meetings with governmental agencies.
• Develop and track project milestones for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams and other disciplines.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and design calculations.
• Support business development efforts and client relations.
