Qualifications

• One year civil engineering experience and a valid EIT certificate or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or closely related field.
• eligible within three months of graduating for educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Permit Reviews: evaluate oil and gas applications for regulatory compliance.
• Engineering Analysis: assess hydraulic/hydrologic designs for structures.
• Field Inspections: inspect dams/impoundments and document findings.
• Technical Guidance: interpret rules for applicants and consultants.
• Data Management: enter information into electronic records systems.
• Collaboration: coordinate with federal/state agencies and applicants.
