Professional Project Services Inc. (Pro2Serve) seeks a Civil Engineer I for our Oak Ridge, TN office, with the Knoxville area serving as the job location. The role focuses on learning standard engineering tasks, calculations, and reports while meeting project budgets and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and an Alberta 0-2 year track; EIT is a plus, with strong communication skills and familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a civil or structural engineer with 0-2 years of prior engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT license is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, and MS Office; Civil 3D preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply standard engineering tasks and basic designs.
• Work within prescribed budgets and schedules.
• Perform routine and some non-routine engineering calculations.
• Assist in preparing engineering reports and calculations.
• Coordinate with clients to set project objectives and resolve design issues.
• Check and approve internal and vendor drawings.
• Contribute to site development and structural projects.
