Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd. seeks a Civil Engineer to join an established engineering team supporting civil, land development, and environmental projects. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience through a mix of office design work and field assignments.

You’ll work with experienced engineers to develop skills in site design, stormwater management, drainage, and land development. A strong foundation for future growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 0–3 years of civil engineering experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site plans, grading plans, subdivision plans, and land development drawings.
• Assist with stormwater design, drainage calculations, and hydrology/hydraulics analyses.
• Develop erosion and sediment control and post-construction stormwater designs.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create surfaces, profiles, cross-sections, and pipe networks.
• Utilize GIS to support project planning and analysis.
• Participate in field assignments, site evaluations, and project coordination.
• Support client communications, proposals, and project deliverables.
