Langan, a leading engineering and environmental services firm, seeks an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join its Phoenix, AZ team. You will assist in planning, design and permitting of civil, land development, and infrastructure projects, gaining experience across mixed-use, residential, and educational developments.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, 0-2 years experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil and land development projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents, reports, plans and schedules.
• Interpret soil, topography, hydrology, and geotechnical data for designs.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Apply engineering knowledge and higher mathematics to project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members on assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
