EnTech Engineering, PC, based in New York City, seeks a Junior Civil Engineer to contribute to planning, design, and construction phases of civil projects including transportation and utilities. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply.

The role offers growth within the organization, with responsibilities spanning design development, CT/traffic plans, and field investigations, in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• FE exam certificate (preferred).
• Experience or coursework in site drainage and roadways.
• Familiarity with MPT plans, traffic control design, and construction staging.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop civil planning, design, and construction services for Civil projects ranging from transportation, drainage, grading, erosion/sediment control, storm water management, utilities.
• Development designs from the preliminary through final phase.
• Prepare design calculations and develop design reports.
• Prepare preliminary through final contract drawings and specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of Maintenance and Protection of Traffic (MPT) plans, including traffic control layouts, construction staging, and temporary traffic management measures.
• Perform site and field investigations required for planning and design.
• Provide engineering services to support projects in construction.
