Job summary

Apex is hiring a Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to collaborate with senior engineers on civil, infrastructure, and water projects. You will participate in design, drafting, and deliverable evaluation while gaining hands-on field experience.

The role requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field), drafting experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation, and an EIT certification or pending FE exam. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered where eligible.

• EIT Certification or awaiting FE exam results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, draft, and evaluate engineering deliverables for Civil, Infrastructure, and Water related projects.
• Collect and analyze information including performing site visits and other field work.
• Support design and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation.
• Perform tasks in accordance with approved scopes, schedules, and budgets.
