Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to manage projects, coordinate with inspectors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor construction or maintenance projects for compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and contractors to manage capital projects.
• Develop plans, manage documentation, and track schedules and budgets.
• Prepare reports on construction progress, inspections, and change orders.
• Communicate with citizens, consultants, and city departments about projects.
• Review design plans from consultants and assist with contracts and cost estimates.
• Visit job sites to track status and ensure adherence to specs.
