Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or a junior/senior enrolled in a high school ECE program.
• High school diploma (or in progress for eligible students).
• Genuine desire to work with children.
• Patient, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of childcare, including diapering.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision to ensure childrens' safety at all times.
• Assist with diapering and basic hygiene needs.
• Encourage children to eat meals and try new foods.
• Support positive interactions and prevent conflicts between children.
• Model appropriate behavior and social skills.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
