Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our caring daycare team. This entry-level role focuses on supporting classrooms, implementing our curriculum, and helping children learn, play, and grow in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will work with licensed teachers, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training and development while benefiting from health insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; ECE coursework preferred.
• Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
• Entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and have the unique opportunity to use our engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn, play, and grow.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with your peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families, sharing their child's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
