Kaisen Capital F&B Concepts is hiring a Junior Chef / Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team across its multi-brand concepts at Orchard and nearby locations. You will assist with food prep, plating, and maintain hygiene standards while learning grill, Western, café, and Japanese donburi cuisines.

All experience levels are welcome as training is provided; enthusiasm for cooking and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Supporting plating and presentation according to brand standards.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
• Working closely with senior chefs and learning across different cuisines (grill, Western, café, Japanese donburi).
• Helping the team ensure smooth service during peak hours.
