Job summary

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 60%. Retail experience is a plus, with a BA/BS in finance, management, or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 1–3 years work experience preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and draw conclusions from large data sets to support category management decisions.
• Assist Category and Merchandise Managers with local vendor contact for item setup, pricing, costs, and logistics.
• Plan, track, and execute vendor/operations incentives and contests.
• Support local planogram assortment planning and process improvements.
• Collaborate on promotions and pricing management and execute related local activities.
• Engage in in-store merchandising opportunities and travel as needed.
• Maintain ongoing professional knowledge and contribute to team targets per company plan.
