Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a senior merchandising/category role to lead local assortment decisions, planogram execution, and frontline pricing with guidance from National/Regional teams.

You will manage vendor relations, negotiate terms, and drive promotional concepts to lift local sales. The role requires 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in a management capacity, strong financial acumen, and proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other combinations considered.
• Five years of experience or more preferred; including a minimum of three years of management responsibility.
• Strong relationship management, analytical thinking, and financial acumen required.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Owns frontline pricing decisions with promotional guidance.
• Manages local vendor relations, costs, and terms.
• Executes local assortment and planogram resets including 3rd party.
• Develops promotional concepts and overlay programs to drive sales.
• Produces operational reports (Out of Stock, delivery frequency, margins).
