Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; other combinations may qualify.
• One to three years of work experience preferred.
• Retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Radical curiosity of retail and the constantly changing marketplace.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• May require up to 60% travel.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support category management and drive critical business decisions.
• Assist Category and Merchandise Managers with item setup, pricing, costs, and product logistics.
• Plan, track, and execute vendor and operations sales incentives and/or contests.
• Support local planogram assortment, planning, and process; collaborate on promotions and pricing management.
• Occasional overnight travel to support the operations team.
• Contribute to achieving Financial and Key Result Area targets per Company Plan.
