Job Responsibilities
- Represent the Queen Casino & Entertainment on the floor and on the phone with players.
- Establish and maintain relationships with patrons, promoting the gaming experience.
- Respond to patrons' needs promptly, friendly, and efficiently.
- Participate in departmental and company meetings and trainings.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed guest expectations.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and guest information.
- Possess strong telemarketing skills and willingness to make cold calls.
- Engage with guests to foster loyalty and great guest relations.
- Work effectively with diverse individuals and levels of authority.
- Multi-task efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with all guests and team members with dignity and respect.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of departmental documents.
- Learn and apply all relevant rules, laws, regulations, and policies.
- Be friendly, courteous, and customer service-oriented at all times.
- Complete work assignments as requested by the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Previous casino guest services experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License.
