Job Responsibilities

• Represent the Queen Casino & Entertainment on the floor and on the phone with players.
• Establish and maintain relationships with patrons, promoting the gaming experience.
• Respond to patrons' needs promptly, friendly, and efficiently.
• Participate in departmental and company meetings and trainings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to exceed guest expectations.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company and guest information.
• Possess strong telemarketing skills and willingness to make cold calls.
• Engage with guests to foster loyalty and great guest relations.
• Work effectively with diverse individuals and levels of authority.
• Multi-task efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with all guests and team members with dignity and respect.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of departmental documents.
• Learn and apply all relevant rules, laws, regulations, and policies.
• Be friendly, courteous, and customer service-oriented at all times.
• Complete work assignments as requested by the Shift Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous casino guest services experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License.
