WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Provide timely and knowledgeable service; find solutions to guests’ problems. Use the guest’s name when appropriate.
• Greet and seat guests according to their preferences and table availability.
• Provide menus and inform guests of restaurant specials and features.
• Coordinate with food servers, bus persons, and other staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Operate electronic cash register system to accurately process payments and handle cash securely.
• Keep the cash register and host area stocked with necessary supplies.
• Maintain dining and service areas according to standards.
