Pay Range

Base pay range: $15.00/hr

Brief Description

The South County YMCA is accepting applications for summer 2025 Jr. Camp Counselors. Both full and part-time positions are available, but limited, so apply soon!

Position Summary

Under supervision, assist with daily activities such as swimming, sports, arts & crafts, and more. Help lead and support campers, monitor safety, and maintain facilities.

Essential Functions

• Prepare activities and equipment.
• Assist with group activities and ensure camper engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.

• Certifications: Child Abuse Prevention, background checks, CPR, First Aid, AED, Emergency Oxygen.

• Sufficient strength and mobility to supervise activities.
