The role focuses on developing software, implementing design flows, and deploying automation scripts to streamline circuit design tasks.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of Microchip's design data management software.
• Assist in the implementation and enhancement of design flows and methodologies.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts to support electronic circuit design.
• Administer Design Data Management Systems such as DesignSync and ICManage.
• Research and utilize software tools and libraries to address various tasks, preferably using Python.
• Debug and maintain existing software tools and systems.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Train users on the adoption of developed solutions.
