Job summary

Jacobs in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Entry Level CADD Technician to support municipal water and wastewater projects. You will develop sketches, models, drawings, and construction documents under guidance from an engineering team.

Expected to work in a hybrid setup (two days in the Milwaukee office) with opportunities to grow in CAD software use and project delivery. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in mechanical and computer drafting or similar program.
• 0–2 years of experience with 2D/3D CAD platforms used in infrastructure design.
• Experience with water/wastewater design drawings and CAD standards.
• Experience with MS Office programs and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create sketches, models, drawings, and construction documents for municipal projects.
• Collaborate with CAD Designers, Engineers, PMs and leadership to produce accurate design models.
• Apply diversified knowledge of CAD software common to water/wastewater projects.
