JVIS USA is seeking a Junior Buyer to coordinate product and material purchases, conduct market research, and build relationships with vendors to secure quality materials at the best prices. The role includes tracking orders and maintaining accurate purchasing records.

The successful candidate will support sourcing strategies, manage RFQs, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely deliveries. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential, with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–4 years’ experience in a purchasing role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, process and analyze RFQ needs.
• Develop sourcing strategy considering market conditions for products and resins.
• Issue RFQs and follow up on responses.
• Analyze responses and make sourcing recommendations.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and review purchasing agreements.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001.
