Job summary

Integer is seeking a Purchasing professional to help manage supplier relations, place and track purchase orders, and optimize material flow within the supply chain.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, data analysis, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable with ERP systems and office software, and able to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in SCM, Business, or related field; 2 years purchasing exp may be considered in lieu of degree
• Proficient PC literacy with Excel/Word/PowerPoint; ERP experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to remain calm in a dynamic production environment.
• Positive, can-do attitude with focus on results and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze basic purchasing requirements and place or reschedule POs with approved suppliers.
• Evaluate changes in demand and supplier factors to ensure material supply.
• Request and evaluate supplier quotes to meet cost, delivery, and quality targets.
• Analyze, report, and forecast purchase price variance.
• Participate in annual budget process for purchases and standard costing.
• Maintain material flow and forecast inventory levels to optimize raw materials.
