This role offers direct mentorship and a structured pathway towards becoming a Buyer’s Agent, providing exposure to off-market deals and training to enhance your skills.

You will need strong research skills and be proactive, as well as comfortable working weekends for property inspections. Performance is recognized and rewarded in a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Newcastle.
• Comfortable working Saturdays when required.
• Eager for feedback and capable of acting fast.

Responsibilities

• Source on-market, pre-market, and off-market properties.
• Attend inspections and report findings.
• Research local markets to build expertise.
• Assess properties against client strategies.
• Prepare deal packs and financial analyses.
• Build relationships with local agents.
• Support acquisition strategies.
• Maintain CRM records.
