Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience.
• CIPM Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Acquire goods and services in line with policies; build vendor relationships.
• Review and place POs for purchases under $5,000,000 annual buys.
• Verify specs and pricing; obtain supplier recommendations; secure approvals.
• Negotiate discounts and favorable terms with vendors.
• Monitor orders and ensure on-time deliveries; expedite as needed.
• Maintain vendor and item records; update pricing histories.
