Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Recent graduate or 0–2 years in procurement or supply chain.
• Interest in procurement, vendor management and data analysis.
• Experience using AI/tools for data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing materials, equipment, supplies, and services based on business needs.
• Create, review, and track purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, order status, and delivery issues.
• Compare supplier quotes and support cost analysis to identify best-value options.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier information, pricing data, and documentation.
• Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and performance tracking.
• Monitor open purchase orders and follow up on delays or backorders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify purchasing requirements.
• Use AI tools and digital platforms to improve data analysis and reporting.
• Assist with market research, spend analysis, and procurement reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in purchasing and supply chain processes.
